To support applied research initiatives, the part-time remote Research Assistant will assist in implementing mixed-methods evaluation activities, manage data, and conduct qualitative analysis under the mentorship of the Faculty Principal Investigator. Key responsibilities Support implementation of mixed-methods evaluation activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys Assist with data management, cleaning, organization, and preparation for analysis Contribute to the development of reports and data visualizations based on research findings Required qualifications Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, preferably in psychology, organizational leadership, public administration, or education Currently enrolled in a doctoral program in a related field at National University Experience with graduate-level research methods (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods) is required Prior experience in program evaluation or applied research is preferred Familiarity with qualitative analysis tools (e.g., NVivo) and/or quantitative tools (e.g., SPSS, R) is preferred
