Marvin is seeking a skilled Senior Window Installer to lead installation of premium residential and commercial windows, doors, and skylights. In this role, you’ll interpret plans, perform precise measurements, remove old units, and install new products to exacting quality and safety standards. You’ll troubleshoot fit or structural issues, seal and insulate openings, and ensure weather-tight, code-compliant installations. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor junior installers, coordinate with contractors and site supervisors, and model Marvin’s people-first, safety-focused culture while delivering outstanding craftsmanship on every project.
